Learning and adoption design for law firms — the videos, announcements, and training materials that help legal teams move onto new software, wrapped around live instructor-led training.

Law firms rolling out new enterprise software — document management, Office 365, and more — need their lawyers and staff to actually adopt it. Busy legal professionals won't read manuals, and a rollout that isn't learned is a rollout that fails.
Sole designer at Encoretech. I designed all the learning and communication materials — videos, announcements, posters, explainers — matched to each client firm's brand. Live training was delivered by Encoretech's trainers; my work supported and extended those sessions.
A blended-learning model: announce the change, teach it live and on video, then leave reference content people can return to. Materials map to different roles and stages — from first-look teasers to step-by-step walkthroughs.
Across many firms and platforms — iManage, NetDocuments, Office 365, Aderant — and always on each client's brand, so training felt native to their environment and lowered the barrier to adoption.
